How Do Job Boards Work?

Essentially, recruiters and agents post job vacancies within their organization. They can describe the role and specify their requirements for future employees. Then, job seekers (AKA nurses) can search through the openings and, based on their own prerequisites, apply for the postings they are interested in. The process then follows the usual pattern—recruiters pursue the applications most appropriate for their needs, conduct interviews, etc.

The job board fetches information about the position being advertised and compares the listing to its preexisting data for the agency (or whoever hosts it).
